Cracker Candy-Yum-O!!

I love this yummy candy and after tweeking the recipe from Taste of Home to make it just right for me and mine I think it is finally perfect for us! If you love the sweety and salty stuff you are going to love this!! Here is is:

CRACKER CANDY
1-1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter, Cubed
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Sleeves Club Crackers
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

In a sauce pan, combine The cracker crumbs, sugars, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 minutes longer.

Place a single layer of crackers in a greased 13-in x 9-in dish; top with half  of the crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining crackers.

In a small sauce pan, combine the peanut butter chips chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour over the crackers. Let stand until set.
