This is an adapted recipe of Pioneer Woman's and I LOVE it! (we left our the cilantro and used diced instead of whole tomatoes and we left a little chunk by only pulsing the blender a few times) Try it out! I think you will like it too! Next time I make it I will be tempted to cut back on the jalapeno although my son told me that he likes it just the way it is. He likes a little kick! Even with the kick it has a great flavor! We really enjoyed it! I actually put it in a rubbermaid container thinking there would be some leftovers but my family of 7 horked it down. No leftovers. Bummer. Good thing its quick and easy!
