Breakfast-YOYO (you’re on your own) 
Lunch-ramen (not for mama)
Dinner-Baked Sweet and sour Chicken over brown rice and fruit

Sunday 20
Breakfast-No flour strawberry shortcake muffins and chicken sausage patties
Lunch-Avocado grapefruit and crab salad
Dinner-GF fish fry, new potatoes and green beans

Monday 21
Breakfast-cereal and OJ
Lunch-PB on apple slices and mini breakfast cookies
Dinner-Quick and Easy Cassoulet, salad and No flour zucchini brownies

Tuesday 22
Breakfast-oatmeal
Lunch-cheesy chips and oranges
Dinner-Veggie Stir fry over brown rice

Wednesday 23
Breakfast-cereal and oranges
Lunch-Tuna dip w GF crackers
Dinner-Barley and Mushrooms crock pot

Thursday 24
Breakfast-Orange Julius and
Lunch-YOYO
Dinner-Taco in a bag

Friday 25
Breakfast-eggs and toast (GF for mom)
Lunch-Hoagie sandwiches (GF wraps for mom)
Dinner-mac and cheese w bacon bits for the kids (requested)
Date Night for Mom and Dad
